Day 7: Mindfulness & Gratitude
DAILY FOCUS: Self-Awareness! Let's get out of the habit of looking at other people first (like their rights and wrongs)– let's look at ourself first. This is where we find that we have power over the course of our life! By doing this we can grow as a person and really feel better. Also, are you grateful? Training your mind to think grateful thoughts is so important. Do you recognize those you are grateful for? Do you recognize events, situations, and even things you are grateful for? By focusing on what you are grateful for will fill your heart with JOY. Let's create thoughts of joy and feed a GOOD MOOD!
