Day 3: Sleep
DAILY FOCUS: Today is all about learning how to develop and support healthy sleep habits. Sleep is so important, not only for our bodies to function optimally, but for our moods!  Getting good rest can make all the difference in your mood.  It is important that you look at your current daily “bed time” routine and once you go through today’s education lessons, pinpoint where you can begin making changes in your sleep habits!
TODAY'S TASKS

  • Read the articles and reflect & journal on the daily focus
  • Watch the video on Sleep
  • GOOD MOOD ACTION: Cut out caffeine entirely. It may be tough for you, and if that seems like too much for you right now, then try to limit caffeine intake before noon.
  • Recommended sleep support: Serenity Soft gels and Serenity Essential Oils
