Day 4: Exercise
DAILY FOCUS: Developing the habit of daily exercise. When we talk about exercise we are not suggesting you go join a gym or kill yourself on an inappropriate workout video. Simply put, we are looking for you to incorporate a designated time in your day to allow you some sort of “exercise” time where you can focus on YOU, your breathing, and your appropriate exercise goals (be sure your objectives fit what your doctor recommends). It might be a small/short start. The important objective here is that you add appropriate exercise into your routine with the intention that you'll keep it up as part of your daily life.
TODAY'S TASKS

  • Read the articles and reflect & journal on the daily focus
  • Watch the video on Exersice and What it Does for the Mind
  • GOOD MOOD ACTION: Go on a 20 minute walk (if you're able) before noon. Make sure to take every opportunity you have to get up and move around today (according to what is appropriate for your health according to your doctor).
