  • GOOD MOOD ACTION: Have at least 1 serving of fruits and vegetables at each meal today. 
  • Recommended nutrition aid: Take Lifelong Vitality (LLV) supplements as directed in the daily checklist - If you did not order these and would like to know how to get some please contact Melissa (below)
