Tip #8: Manage stress with meditation

Frankincense / Wild Orange —This combination is highly cleansing against environmental threats and calming to the nervous system. Frankincense is a dynamic essential oil providing multiple, diverse benefits. Wild Orange is great for uplifting your mood. Apply a few drops of both oils to the base of your brain and wrists as you start the day; diffuse during meditation or yoga.

Tip #9: Soak in an epsom salt bath.

Lavender, Tea Tree & Frankincense—Diffuse throughout the day to lift your mood and help maintain a sense of calm; in a small bowl, mix 3 drops Lavender, Tea Tree & Frankincense with 1½ cups Epsom salts then add salts to warm bathwater and soak before bedtime or after a workout; add 2 drops to a veggie cap and take daily for two weeks.

Tip #10: Get enough rest and do not fear!

Lavender—Before bedtime, diffuse lavender or combine 20 drops lavender with 1 cup water in a mister and spritz over your pillow; apply 1 or 2 drops to the bottoms of your feet to calm your body.
